It’s amazing how popular this post is on the blog. I love to see so many people interested in reading to children beginning at an early age.
2. Magnetic Alphabet Games
Magnetic letters are the literacy manipulative that gets the most use in our house. We play with them almost daily.
3. Muffin Tin Reading Games
This is one of my first posts ever and it has remained on the top 10 list every year since 2011. I recently shared some Christmas themed muffin tin games that you will want to pin for next year!
4. Runaway Letter Game
This game was actually invented by my son. My kids like it so much that they even asked to play it on Christmas morning.

I loved to use books to help teach writing to children. These are some of my favorite titles that I used in the classroom.
