Bags and bags of candy will soon be given out in classrooms and homes for one of sugariest days of the year. The week of Halloween will also be filled with lots of classroom parties, co-op meetings, and play dates. Have some festive fun minus the sugar high with Halloween Alphabet Bingo. It’s the perfect alphabet game for 1-20 players.
GETTING READY TO PLAY HALLOWEEN ALPHABET BINGO

Materials Needed: alphabet bingo sheets (free printable below) and counters (erasers, buttons, crackers, etc.)
Just print out the bingo sheets. I’ve included 8 FREE printable bingo boards that are in color. You could laminate the boards if you want to use them for years to come.

Give each child a handful of counters. We used pumpkin mini erasers. You could also use counting cubes, crackers or buttons.
PLAYING HALLOWEEN ALPHABET BINGO
Have the kids cover up their free spot (trick-or-treater) in the middle of the board.
Call out a letter. Each child should place a marker on the letter that is called. Get five in a row or column and call, “Trick-or-Treat” to win.
If the kids are ready to work on sounds, you can call a sound and then have the kids cover the letter that represents that sound.
