Oh yes, it is almost that time of year when millions of people will be glued to the television watching night after night of basketball!  I personally would much rather read books for kids on those nights.  So, Erica from What Do We Do All Day? and I have joined forces to bring book fans their own March Madness!

Play Book March Madness and pick your favorite picture books and chapter books for kids

Yep, time to fill out the book brackets.  Here is how it will work.

1.  Fill out your bracket.  You can view the pictures books “playing” right here.  Then head over to What Do We All Day? for the great list of chapter books on the line-up.

Don’t forget to get the kids involved.  Read each set of books  and let them vote for the winner.  You can “enter” their vote on our Facebook pages too!

So let’s see which picture books made it to the playoffs.

Round 2 March Book Madness

Round 3 March Book Madness
The Snowy Day vs Goodnight Moon
Round 4 March Book Madness
Corduroy vs Madeline

2.  Beginning  March 2nd on the Growing Book by Book Facebook page you will vote for the winner in the picture book 1st round.  Quick, check to make sure you have given Growing Book by Book a “like” on Facebook and then come right back!  Erica will be hosting the chapter books on her What Do We Do All Day? Facebook page beginning on March 4th.    Now, check to make sure you have liked her page too.  I’ll wait…..  We will continue to alternate “games” on our pages.

See, easy peasey.  So, come play with us!
