A Valentine themed digraph activity for beginning readers to practice decoding words.

Learning those ch, th, and sh digraphs can take a bit of practice.  And, practice is always more fun when it relates to a theme. So, I’ve got a valentine literacy digraph activity for the kids to use.

Grab the free printable below and work on decoding words. There is even a blank set of cards to use whatever words you want to practice whether they are digraphs or not.

Great for individual students or to use in a work center.

Differentiation

-Use any words that a child needs to work on instead of the digraphs.  A blank sheet of hearts is provided.
